I have stopped receiving email alerts .  Please advise as to what I can do to remedy situation.

Can be a couple of reasons.  First, check your modes to ensure that the email notifications are set appropriately.  If you make changes or toggle them, be sure to save.  The other possibility is something to do with your email provider blocking or sending the messages to spam. You can try adding a second email address to your notifications to help determine that.

I don't think those actions are applicable as one camera is functioning just fine and I am getting email alerts on it

Any notifications, push or email, are relative to the rule for each camera.  That is, they can be set for one camera but not another.
