Keypad Sensor Hub constantly going offline

New customer finishing up my trial and considering officially subscribing but for the last week my Keypad Sensor Hub is constantly going offline for a few minutes and then reconnecting. I've restarted it but that hasn't changed anything. 

It's hard to consider paying monthly when I have multiple 5-10 minute gaps every day where my system is not working. Is it a faulty device or is this normal? While searching on Reddit people say this is just what I should expect from Arlo but I cannot believe that.

It may be worth removing the  system from your account and start fresh. I, too, get 1-2 notifications of my security hub being offline and then back online but they are virtually instantaneously one after the other. I've never had the offline last anything more than a second or so. I don't know what causes this although I have noted that my router logs seem to show the router not connected to the Internet followed by a couple seconds later showing it reconnected (I suspect it's the ISP renewing the IP address). Typically, the router logs show the offline/online a couple of minutes before the hub notifications. I can't say if there's an actual connection between the two offlines but it seems consistent.
