Issue with paid subscription

I paid a subscription renewal but am receiving emails from Arlo telling me I have not paid.  Now I cannot access any Arlo feed.


I have tried calling customer support during the hours advertised, using the Live Chat to no avail, and opening a case with Arlo.  


It is impossible to contact Arlo and I am yet to receive any reply from Arlo regarding this issue.  I have now paid for a subscription without receiving the service.


I would have recommended the Arlo product previously but now, given Arlo's error in processing my payment and the fact that it is impossible to contact customer support I would not recommend it unless this issue can be resolved.


Can anyone recommend a way to successfully contact a live Arlo agent for support?
