I am a brand new Arlo camera owner. I installed a system today with 3 Arlo cameras and 2 Arlo Q cameras. All are up and running as suppose to. I went back to store and purchased another "add a camera". I cannot get it to sync. Tried multiple times. Any ideas, Suggestions.

There were some "special" packages sold that supported 6 cameras but that needed a special code during account setup.
Basic level supports only 5 cams as mentioned unless above. If you have this and it's not working, then you have to call Netgear.
