Issue With "Feed" on Web Portal

This morning, on the web portal, I had the following show up when I selected Feed (see 1st pic), but after selecting Devices and then going back to Feed that message no longer appeared although now, every time I open Feed, I have a "something went wrong" bar showing at the top of the page (see 2nd pic).

Note that the message in the 1st pic only appeared when I first opened the web portal this morning, but the "something went wrong" bar still appears whenever I open Feed.

Not sure where to post this but it seems to go hand in hand with the Feed issues on the web portal.

Note the "Not an Escalated Event" in red at the bottom

While the "something went wrong" error bar is now gone from "feed" and the playback window, I'm still not sure what the "Not an Escalated Event", which still appears in red at the bottom of the playback window, actually means 🤔

@KachinaShadow  can you please make sure you are on 6.20, the event banner should be resolved.

I'm a bit confused...I am on 6.20 on the app, but the issue in this post is with the web portal, although it does appear to be resolved.

@KachinaShadow my apologies this is for the Event banner that you had seen. That should now be resolved. You should no longer see that banner.
