Hi,
Can anybody tell me how to access and download the monthly invoices? Thanks for your help.

You can download your billing history from the Arlo Secure app by following the steps in this article: How to access your Arlo Secure subscription billing history, invoice, and receipt. 🙂

Thank you for writing back but on my page there's no "secure" drop-down menu button and there's only "devices", "library", "mode" and "settings" and in all these submenus there's nothing like "my arlo secure account". Thank you in advance for your response and help.

This means you're using a different version of the app. In this case, please contact our support team directly and invoices will be sent via email:
1. Go to our website: https://www.arlo.com/en_gb/support / https://www.arlo.com/fr_fr/support
2. Scroll down to the section "Support Centre" / « Centre d'assistance »
3. Log in with your Arlo credentials
4. Select the contact option that suits you
