Inviting Frieds not working - no email sent

I added a friend to have access to one of my cameras but they never got the email.  I have clicked on the button "reSend Invite" invite several times. I even put my email address in to cross off any possible issues with my friends email, and I didn't get any invitation by email either.

 

Any suggestions?

I just tested this and was able to receive the invitation e-mail without issue. Are you able to receive other notifications such as e-mail alerts, storage full notifications etc?

Make sure you have selected at least one camera when inviting and the receiver's not blocking the email.

 

Just tested here, invite took about 1 min to receive
