Will adding more Arlo and Arlo Q cameras slow down my internet?

It could as the more cameras streaming the more data you pushing thru the system....

A lot depends on what you have for thruput available.

 

when streaming an Arlo can max near 800k and a Q can peak to 1.5mb

Not likely unless you are doing a lot of uploading. Arlo uses the download side very little.
