Internet Connection Issues With My Three Cameras

My internet connection to my three cameras is apparently not constant.  It worked 

ast night and this morning.  Fast forward to noon today and the connection is gone.  Ever other piece of equipment I have is connected....but not Arlo. Any idea why connection is lost?

What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you logged out and back in as well as tried both cell and WiFi service? How about having tried a browser?

After change battery on one camera, that camera now is offline.  How do I reconnect to the base?

First, make sure that the blue LED blinks briefly when you first close the battery door. If it doesn't reinsert the batteries, making sure you don't push them down - let the door do the pushing. Then try resyncing (briefly press the base sync button and then the camera sync button).
