Installing multiple cameras

Just purchased Arlo wireless camera system with 3 cameras.  Install of first 2 went very smoothly.  3rd camera not setting up - follows instructions and all proper lights and such mentioned in directions appear ok, however just won't show as a 3rd camera on my portable device - phone.  

Any thoughts ??

Have you rebooted the phone by the power button ?
