Hi, I followed all the installation instructions but the Home Station Internet light stays orange...I tried to reset it a couple of times, same results..

The following article outlines some tips for troubleshooting when your base station is not connecting to the internet (amber internet LED): My Arlo base station is offline; how can I troubleshoot it? What ISP do you have and what is the download/upload speeds for your internet connection? Consider swapping the router port that the base station is plugged into. You might also consider trying a different ethernet cable. Is there an activity LED lit on the router that the base station is plugged into? Please let us know so we can further assist!

Thanx James. I checked on IT community and I found out the possible solution which is I need to request my Provider a Static IP, since right now I have a dynamic one. I did it and awaiting. I'll keep you updated..

Just to close the loop. I got the static IP from my provider (FASTWEB) and I solved the problem.
