Base Station Settings - getting info ???? 

Cameras sync, but are not recognized?????

My cameras will not sync as well. From the few instructions that come in the Quick Start Guide, they should be working. I have seen topics on the message board that the Arlo servers are undergoing some maintainance. Also firmware on baseunits may be updating.

I dont have an answer right now.

Looks like the system updates are complete. Are you still seeing the issues?

I have just reset my base unit and I am still not able to connect any cameras

Are the cameras giving you an error message on the cameras screen or are they giving you a failed sync LED indicator when trying to sync? Please let us know so we can assist further!
