We all know by now of all the issues the firmware updates have caused. My question is why haven't they fixed the problems? Once again my camera was offline then had a battery drainage over night! No motion detection, just drained my battery. So I moved my camera, turned it off, and noticed the red infrared light stays on. This happened the last time my batteries drained and they did their firmware update! The camera is running in the background it seems .Fix this please! Arlo is getting a bad rep now and I'm guessing you guys don't care? Trying to change my review on Amazon seems pointless too, I can't warn customers about their updating issues and no reliability as far as recording goes, isn't that why we buy these cameras? Weekly problems and countless troubleshooting hours on my end is ridiculous!

Try removing the camera via the app or web client and then re-sync'ing it
