I'm finding it impossible to communicate with this company and when I do go through chat channels am told lies. I have emailed and had no reply and then get a link to 'update your case or we will close it' which takes input then wipes it all and doesn't send when you hit Submit so the case will be closed even when the issue persists, it's very unhelpful and unfriendly.

 

So, how the hell are we supposed to get a resolution when it's clear you don't want to talk with your customer ?
