I’m unable to access videos on my base station?

Hi 

 

looking for some help and advice please.

 

im currently unable to access any videos from my base station.

 

ive checked the connectivity, everything looks ok, I’ve rebooted the base station, I’ve removed it and reinstalled it, I’ve also reformatted the micro SD card but still no joy.

 

i can access all 4 cameras via the app.

Does this happen when the phone is connected to your home wifi?

Have you tried another sd card?
