I've owned the system for a little over two months now, the camera in question is located indoors and I've gone through the original set of batteries and twelve more.  None of my other cameras have even gone through the original batteries yet.  Is there something  I can do other than to buy a new camera...Will Arlo replace the camera, what do I need to do?

Like any device that has problems, you can always exercise your warranty.  However, there's a few things to try/consider first.

1) Swap cameras around to see if it's the camera or location that's the problem. The WiFi quality/strength between the camera and base could well be the issue which may be able to be solved by repositioning the camera. What is the WiFi indicator showing? Where is the camera located and what is between the camera and base in a straight line?

2) There is a qualified rechargeable battery/charger set that's available so you don't have to keep buying batteries. Check the accessories here and look for the Tenergy batteries.

3) If it is hardware, you have at least a 1 year warranty, depending on your country. You have to open a case with support here to get a replacement, if that's what it ultimately turns out to be needed.
