I have had my 4 cameras up and working for a month now one camera won't record. Batteries are good

All 4 cameras have worked fine for about a month.  Now one won't record.  Batteries are good.  It won't sync with router.  I have rebooted router twice.  Router blinks that it is ready to sync but camera sync light doesn't flash after holding down the sync button.  HELP

You only need to press the camera sync button, not hold it. I'm not sure what would happen if you held it.

 

Did you actually try new batteries? That or a bad camera would be the explanations for no LED flashing on the camera. If new batteries don't help, create a trouble ticket for further help and maybe an RMA.

New battery still not working will not sync with base.

Yes I tried new batteries costing $30.00
