I have a VMB 4000 and videos lo longer load to my library. Is there a fix? I paid over $1000

I don’t feel I should be forced to buy a subscription. I paid over $1000 for my hardware and had 30 days of video. This is why I bought it. Can I get the video back into my library? I have a VMD 4000 bought just 6 years ago in 2018.

That always required a subscription (perhaps trial).  The legacy cameras only had 7 days of free rolling video storage, and that only was available if there were 5 or fewer unsubscribed cameras in the account.

 

Can you let us know

  1. how many cameras are in the account?
  2. what camera models do you own?
  3. whether you are seeing any motion recordings for any of the cameras in the library?
  4. whether you are able to live stream the cameras?
  5. whether you can make a manual recording while live streaming (or not)?
