I have had Arlo cameras for years.  After all this time, my wife decided she wanted the app on her phone.  I sent the invitation to her to grant access.  The choices on the invite are to sign in, or create an account.  She had already put her email and name in the app, before I ever sent the access invite.  Even though she accepts the invitation, the app cannot fine our devices.  Need help!  Thanks in advance!

Thank you jguerdat!  That makes sense.  Now I guess I have to weigh giving her access, at this late date, against the customization I have done.  Have a good day!

You likely need to migrate your account to look like hers. Arlo is phasing out the old user interface (UI) for a new one. When granting access, all users must have the same UI. To migrate, choose to install either a Pro 5 or security system even though you have neither. The first step is to migrate the account after which you can just back out of the bogus install. This new UI means you should go through the whole thing to see where things are and how they operate. If you used custom modes in the past, they won't migrate so you have to use the 3 default ones to do what you need.

Once the migration is complete, she should click on Home and choose the bottom choice to see the cameras. Each user gets a default Home so she has to select yours. I suggest renaming Home so it's obvious.
