I cant find my model number

i have 3 cameras outside my house get good signal and everything i have had no probelms until the pass couple of days now my cameras will detect motion and tell me a recording is in the process however if i go look at my library it will not be in there ive tried everything every video has been deleted ive mastered restarted it ive logged out ive done everything and i still cant get the videos to show up at all. i have the basic plan but i want to know is 1.How can i fix this? and 2. Does having a basic plan change anthing? meaning if i come close to 1GB and then go delete all videos will that effect why my recordings wont show anymore?

1) You, personally, can't fix this.  It's some sort of backend thing.  The videos should show up after some period of time but that doesn't help you when you want to see it now.  My best suggestion for the moment is to use email notifications so you can use the link embedded in it to be able to see the video.  Note that these links will time out but I don't know how long that takes - a couple of days?  I also have a Python script that will download videos in your account.  I haven't had the problem but it would seem that the videos actually exist; it's the interface not showing them to you.  With the script, you may be able to download the videos without waiting for them to show up.  PM me your email address if you want to give it a try.

 

2) The 1GB limit no longer exists.  The only limitation is the number of days accroding to your plan. This has been verified by Netgear multiple times.
