I can't access my account and It won't let me reset my password.

I have a couple Cameras from Arlo and a station that I wanted to use again, when I tried logging back in to the old account I had, it said that I couldn't log in with the credentials I had. I don't have access to the email anymore but I still tried changing the password by using the reset button but the app told me it couldn't and to go to this website https://my.arlo.com/hmsweb/login/v2. That website told me I was blocked and couldn't access my.arlo.com. Is there a way to reset everything, the base and cameras so I can just make a new account and connect it with my existing devices without having access to my old account? Is there anything I can do? I have the Model VMB3000
