I am unable to cancel my £5.99 a month subscription despite going into my.arlo.com. I tried to open the drop-down menu where it lists my subscription but it failed to work. There is no phone number either to call. Had I known this I would never have agreed to subscribing to this company in the first place. Very disappointed.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

Hopefully brookeN can help, but if you fail to cancel, you should contact your bank to get them to do that for you in terms of direct debit payments. You should contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau to get a template letter how to terminate the subscription. Users on here have reported that they're either unable to cancel subscription or that they have cancelled but continuing to be charged. This has been going on for months.
