I Received A Notification But No Video In Library

Hi,

I'm starting to loose a bit of faith in Arlo. I have a current threat and for the purposes of sleeping well at night, I need a system that is reliable. It is a security system and I have spend a lot of money on it.

 

Today, I found a notification without a video.

 

Im my engineer brain, this could only occur, if the video got lost in Arlos systems. The camera was able to send the notification, therefore prooving:

 

- My internet is OK

- The camera detection is OK

 

Where did the video go?

 

I got this system to make me feel better, not worry about what happened last night, when I get notifications, but no video.

 

Please help. This system is not a convienience. Right on you website landing page is says "A connected home is a protected home". My home was and is connected, but where is the protection?

What firmware version is your base station currently running? Have you tried to reboot the base station & test again?
