I No Longer Get History On Arlo Camera But Live Works Fine

I have two separate houses with cameras. I get history on one camera but have lost history on the other.

By history do you videos in the library? Is it possible you have a filter set in the library or that no recordings have been made? Try live view and a manual recording.
