I Have A Red Haze In Camera

Have read comments from others on how to correct this problem however nothing has worked and I have not used this camera since the begining of the year. I have tried numerous times to get thru to Arlo or Netgear customer support as instructed but it always directs me back here. What a waste of time. Is there no customer support anywhere?? No phone support??
