I Can Not View Recordings After Opening Link

I receive emails that my cameras were triggered. I try to open the link but l’m unable to view the recordings. What are the steps to fix this?

On computer ?

 

Is so, make sure your flash is up to date on the browser... also many new versions of browser toggle off flash as default
