I Can Not See All My Devices When Viewing In App

When I go on my arlo app on my phone it only brings up 3 of my 5 cameras. But on my wife's phone you get all 5. Please help.

Who has the master account email address? Are you using a secondary account that was granted access from the master account? If so, it may be that not all cameras were selected in the grant access process.
