I Am Still Waiting For My RMA Device

On September 13, 2018 I filed a warranty claim for my base. I got the RMA number and followed the steps.
I haven't received my replacement yet.
When I had to get a replacement camera, I received the new camera and returned the damaged camera in it's shipping box.
My system has been down for 10 days now.

What's the hold up? Netgear!
