Hyper-naive question about contacting support

I know the answer may be obvious but I am getting lost navigating the NetGear websites.

 

Where is a  link so I can submit a written support call. I do not want to do a "chat" or a phone call at this point. 

However the only options I see are "Contact us by Phone" or "Start a Chat"

The "email" option has been removed unless chat is not available. It's been that way for a while now.

 

You can always ask here instead.

Customer support is absolutely terrible! I've been waiting on a warranty replacement base station that I paid $16 for to have it expedited delivery. They took the money, but I'm still waiting on my replacement base.... a month later!
