After trying to download an update that failed, hub and cameras are offline. I have reset the hub & the router but nothing happened. The three lights on the hub are all green. The routers shows my hub and the MAC address. How do I get online.

Problem solved: I had to deactivate the Hub & cameras and then reactivate them.

Not to revive an older thread, but I just starting having this hub / camera offline issue the last couple of hours and it's about to drive me insane. Do you have to remove the hub, active the hub, remove the cameras and re-sync the cameras? Or just remove/add the cameras through the app?
Oh, if I still had the ole wood chipper!

Have you power cycled the base? Is there a chance that the Internet connection is flaky? What are the LEDs on the base showing?

I'm having off line message problems . Three lights on the base , batteries good in the cameras , changed password , power cycled base , opened / closed battery door on one camera , re-synced two cameras . I got message alerts and video on my phone when I triggered them with movement but they still say offline when I try to view the live feed .
It's making me crazy .

when I had problems initially setting up mine, I used e-mail support. Chat I kept waiting for someone and phoning could be very expensive since no toll free number. Since it would take 24-36 hours to get a reply wasn;t the quickest, but worked fine and in the end they established problem was a defective base station and shipped me a replacement.
