I've bought a camera kit (VMS3130) with 2 wireless camera, but can't get the camera at the front of the house to trigger when there's movement. It definitely works because I've swapped it with the camera at the back of the house and it operates properly.

I've tried changing settings and moving the camera closer but still can't get it to film when (for example) I'm standing in front of it. I can only assume that it's a lighting issue? I've left it pointing out to the garden/driveway for a couple of weeks but so far it's never recorded anything.

Can anyone suggest anything? (To confirm, the camera at the back works fine, it records everytime I step out, for example)

If you have attempted to adjust the 'sense' level of the camera and it fails to detect, maybe you should try Arlo Support
