I will be moving in January. I have to have someone come and remove equipment.. I am not sure how to set it up in another location and have it still work with the app. Do I have to get Best Buy come out or can I use a handyman? I am looking for a contact number for Arlo. Thank you. Melrose12

To move the Arlo system to a new location ( other than physically removing cameras ) it can be as simple as unplug, move , re-plug into new router at location.

If that doesn;t work, then you may need to remove cameras ( remove device ) and base from account then at new place set up as if new.  ( no need to delete account )

But, I would pull the batteries out of cameras so they don't drain while moving
