How to register this product? Serial number shows invalid?

Hi please can someone tell me how i register this product?! I have set it up days ago but when i log into the website to register it says that the serial number is invalid?! I also read that registration is automatic when setting the device up. Is anyone able to confirm?!

when you first set up the base, it gets registered....

Was this a used system??  If so and the previous ower did not remove the base from his account, or you changed acccounts, then you can not claim it

Hi tom- thanks for your reply, no i bought it new so i assume i dont need to do anything then as its all set up and running? Thanks
