How to re-install base station Arlo Wi Fi Free Model VM83000 Netgear

Hi community 

I am having problems with getting my cameras online.One of my Led snyc lights kept on flashing for awhile now. Just 48hrs ago the light decided to just turn off. We re-set the base station and still not results for all green lights. After listening to other community members who have problems with their base station  they suggested to remove app and re-install again.We proceeded to this step. Now we do not know how to re-install our app again as there is no link to allow us to do so. Please advice
