YOU NEED TO PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH A NUMBER TO REACH ARLOS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR OVER A MONTH NOW FOR A REFUND ON AN UNAUTHORIZED COLLECTION YOU MADE TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HAD YOU GUYS ON AUTO PAY AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL ARLO DECIDED TO OUTRAGEOUSLY INCREASE THE PRICE SO I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND ARLO STILL DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT. YOUR CAMERAS AND SERVICE ARE MARGINAL AT BEST. AND, THERE'S NO NUMBER TO CONTACT ANYONE AT ARLO. REFUND MY MONEY.
