    I cant even reply to the message you sent to my email so here is my reply

    YOU NEED TO PROVIDE PEOPLE WITH A NUMBER TO REACH ARLOS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR OVER A MONTH NOW FOR A REFUND ON AN UNAUTHORIZED COLLECTION YOU MADE TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I HAD YOU GUYS ON AUTO PAY AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE UNTIL ARLO DECIDED TO OUTRAGEOUSLY INCREASE THE PRICE SO I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND ARLO STILL DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR THE AMOUNT.   YOUR CAMERAS AND SERVICE ARE MARGINAL AT BEST. AND, THERE'S NO NUMBER TO CONTACT ANYONE AT ARLO. REFUND MY MONEY.

I too am having difficulties in contacting Arlo - but I will be more repectful.

We have had a security issue on our site 12 days ago and found out the subcription has changed from 30 days to 7 days recently without warning - I have tried to contact Arlo but there is no channel apart from this pubilc one .... your choice I guess.?

We subcribe via Verisure - but they say that they cannot help and is an Arlo problem  - Arlo are imposible to establish commication with - and the chat robot needs to be dismissed 🙂

Please reply so I can resume confidence in your products.
