How do you roll back to the previous firmware version? Also how do I change the recording time of my cameras?

To edit:

Go to "mode", go to "Arm" arrow, then you will see  "Edit "under each camera,

go to "record video", change the time, make sure save the setting before exit.

Hi @Jackemiller

Q-1.How do you roll back to the previous firmware version?

A. There is currently not an option to rollback any firmware, however there is an idea exchange thread currently going if you would like to leave a like & comment. Idea - Manual Firmware Update and/or notification of firmware with rollback

Q-2. Also how do I change the recording time of my cameras?

A. I have provided a link to the Article that will help you adjust your record time. Article - How do I adjust Arlo video recording length?

Jackemiller, the maximum time allowed is 120 seconds,
but try changing the recording time to more than 20 seconds,
then you will notice after 10-12 seconds that the recorded video will move laterally.
If the blurred video and herky-jerky motion don't happen to you, please post it here to let us know.

Ok, I understand about the firmware. I am also having problems with bad quality video and cameras going offline.
I don't see anywhere where it says "edit video recording". Do I need to log in through my laptop? Im doing all this via phone

There are also numerous FAQs here that describe not only how to modify this setting but also a whole slew of other procedures.
