How to access local hub storage from outside of network?

I can't seem to access local storage from outside of my home network.

I have poet forwarding set up on my router to the port listed in the app. Is there a tutorial or guide? Maybe I missed something.

Try checking that the forwarded port is open by running https://canyouseeme.org/

 

It's possible that the ISP is using CGNAT (which doesn't allow port forwarding).  Another possibility is that you are accidentally double routing.  If you have a modem/gateway in front of the router, then please provide the manufacturer/model information.
