We just got arlo outdoor cameras, and I've been wondering, how do you access video? Is it online only, or do you need a base station, or something else?

Depending on the device model, it may connect directly to your router or require a SmartHub or Base Station. Once set up, you can view the live stream through the Arlo app on a mobile device or via the web portal on a computer. Could you provide the model of your device so I can better assist you?
