How do you reverse camera angle when mounting from ceiling bracket?

I have to mount outside from a ceiling location.  I am using a screw-on bracket with the camera.    The feed shows upside down.   How do I change the setting?

In settings ther is a toggle to flip the video image

 

Under video called rotate image I believe
