Edit your modes.  Use the Mode tab, clcik on your base and edit the modes there (likely just the default Armed one).  Better yet, create your own custom mode(s) so you get exactly what you want as well as learning how modes and rules work.  Once you've created a new mode, reedit it to add more camera rules.
