How do I set up application for an existing account?

I have the Arlo Pro at my home and just bought an existing business that has the regular Arlo on it's premises. How do I set this application and camera's up on my phone? Everytime I try to do something, it just recognises the existing account I already have for the Pro at my home.

you either have to create a new account or go to the next service level for more cameras

If I understand this correctly, it sounds like the two systems are set up under different email accounts. If this is the case, you'll need to use Settings, Grant Access from one to the other so you can see all cameras with one login. If you need, be sure to use the additional privileges toggle at the bottom of Garnt Access for greater flexibility although it won't be the same as using the master account.
