Hello,

 

We were able to set up and link one phone to the camera, but I am having problems with the set up process with a second phone and the computer.

 

I am getting the following error... "We cannot set up your account at this time as we cannot detect your base station.  Please make sure your base station is powered on and connected to the Internet, make sure your device is connected to the same WiFi network as the base station".. This is very strange being the other phone is up and working.

You are simply attempting to log in to Arlo.netgear.com, right?

Yes, and trying to do the new system setup on my phone.  We have one phone set up already and I would like my phone set up as well.  We can set up two phones, right?

You can use multiple devices but only one at a time.
