Download it manually before the retention limit is reached.  Once the retention limit is reached, the recordings are deleted from the Arlo Cloud, with no way to get them back.

If your camera is connected to a base station, you could also add local storage.  Then you could eject the storage from the base, and connect it to a PC if you need to go further back.
