I received a message on my account that the server timed out and I could try to "restart the camera". How do I do that? Take out batteries and re-install? Follow-up, if I do remove/reinstall batteries for any reason, do I need to sync that camere to the base again?

Thank you!

marajose,

A camera can be rebooted by opening and closing the battery compartment door. After a reboot, as long as the camera is able to communicate with the base station (within range, no other interference) it will automatically sync back up.

Are you still experiencing this issue? If your camera has poor WiFi signal strength due to range or interference that could be the reason you are seeing this error.

Please let us know,
