How do I reinstall a base station from my Arlo account to my new wifi server

How do I reinstall  a  base station from my Arlo account? The wireless service was changed so I need to install it to the new one and for whatever reason, it is not working

The base station requires an ethernet connection with internet access, specifically with open ports 80, 123, 443. If your ISP has sent you a new modem/router that is blocking any ports, your base station will likely have an amber LED for the internet light. What colors are the LEDs on the base station.

It should be just plug and play since it's already set up
