In settings for my device the Audio/Video is shaded. How do I get audio to work on my Arlo from Netgear?

On a pc log into your account at https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login and see if you can fix it there. It could be an app problem.

What is the model of the camera and what smartphone and operating are you using?
