How do I get past email update "limbo"? Confirmation link in new email gives Sorry! Access violation

Longtime customer that tried to update email from work email to personal email. I'm in an endless loop and getting error message when clicking final link in new email to finish. Every time I login I get a code sent to old email and then when entering code get email to go to new email to click link to confirm. Clicking link only gets "Sorry! Access violation. email confirmation code is invalid or expired." Now I can't login and had to create new account just to get here. I have also purchased newer cameras and want to add them. Now I'm locked out! I can provide other account information to get resolved but need help from Support to resolve.

The problem is I got locked out while trying to update my account email from original business email to personal email
The last step was to click a link in my new email and I got an error message. Now I can't login. I bought newer cameras to add to my system but I must get my account working again first. Can I get my old login working again for now?

Hello thank you for providing that information. I did reach out to support to have them contact you, they will reach out as soon as possible. However, when looking into this it does appear that your Arlo account is your new email address. Were you able to get it switched?

I got a reply "Sorry! Access violation: email confirmation code is invalid or expired." every time I tried repeatedly. I first type new login then get 6 digit code sent to old email which which I enter then get message to click link sent to new email. I click the link in new email and always get above message which results in inability to login.
Why do I get that error message?

I have not heard of that error message before. Support will reach out to you, please let them know the error you are seeing.

Support should be able to help.
If you are entering a code on a PC (my.arlo.com), then maybe check that the time is correct on the PC.
