How do I get notified when my cameras are turned off?

How do I get notified when my cameras are turned off?  Think kid is turning off cameras and need to get notification when this is happening.

Not sure if the old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view recordings operates the same as the new one that uses Feed makes a difference but the new UI gives an alert if the mode changes. If the camera is turned off in the camera settings, there's no notification. The fastest way to check is to use the app and quickly look to see what mode is selected and if a camera is offline. Does the kid have access to settings or do you think he's just removing batteries? Changing the account password may be needed.
