How do I change/update picture in camera settings after moving the location of a camera?

Assuming you mean the one in the cameras view/tab, you can simply start live view and then immediately stop it. Triggering a video via motion detection would also work as would using the position mode in camera settings.

I think he meant in the setting area for zoom/crop....

Just take a new snapshot using the camera icon in upper right corner of current picture
